It is a feature that operates in the B2C app of Local and in Local Hotels. It is a chat AI model that provides relevant tips to tourists about their destination using natural language and taking into account each user's preferences. The Ask Local feature is also capable of recommending the best Local to accompany the tourist on this experience.
Local Hotels
The project aims to expand Local's experience to hotels. Through this initiative, hotels can hire locals for events, like bartenders, dance instructors, and more, as well as offer functionalities to their guests. This automation streamlines the hotel operations area, thereby increasing efficiency, observability, and the ability to gather feedback from guests.
